Hello, I received and email from their compliance department twice, the fist email (12/30/2020) was to request passport information and 3 months utility bill; the second one to request last 2 years taxes declaration. I've been waiting for 2 weeks and I haven't received any resolution yet. I can't withdraw any money from my account.
