Hi guys, just joined myfxbook and this thread. I notice a number of you have been using this EA since the start of the year. In your experience so far would you still recommend this EA. Does it aid your trading or does it hinder it?
I notice the settings can be tweeked (advanced version) to match your own personal trading style which i like the idea of compared to a plug n play black box solution, as i dont believe in holy grails per say but do believe that disciplined trading with the right methods and setups can prove to be very profitable.
Is this EA still a go?

Same here. I've stopped using FGB on ATC. The difference is big. On FX Primus, my other ECN account almost no orphan trades whereas a good number on ATC have lost track. When the DD goes higher than 30 or 40 I begin to suspect its lost track.

Yeah, I've had the same issues with FGB on my ATC account; it looses track of most of the trades. My MB Trading account is a little better but FGB still looses track of some of those trades as well. Interestingly though, I've also got FGB running on two demo MBT accounts and it never seems to have any issues on those accounts. Unfortunately at this point, this EA just isn't something that's very usable in its current state. Hopefully the vendor can fix the execution issues because the trading method itself seems to be excellent.

We are still around :) . We have not stopped, we are working hard on improving trade execution. We will also release the trade copier this month for an instant solution.

It would be great to see you concentrate more on the trade execution problem as that is what people are complaining about rather than trying to get the trade copier working. A lot of people are not interested in paying extra for the trade copier when they have already paid for the bot.

Today the bot was so unlucky with its trade... it closed it little before the market reversed...but i have seen this happened a number of times... Do you think that the firsts trade SL needs to be widen a little?

We are not just focusing only on the trade copier.. two different entities. The programmer, Eugene, is 100% focused on improving the robot, updating it, which we are working on, and working to improve trade execution so it works on all brokers. The trade copier is being worked on by a separate person. So don't worry attention is NOT being diverted from the robot. The robot needs to work just as well on trade copier we want to provide all options for everyone.
We are still confident in teh current settings. Though some users are tweaking them and are happy with results. In the upgraded versions you can try to adjust SL and see how it may impact results.

Thanks for your efforts fxgrowthbot. I'm looking forward to the EA updates and will probably give the trade copier service a try as well.

It is good to know you are working to improve the trade execution but this has been a problem for weeks now - any idea when a fix will be available? If your programmer Eugene is having trouble with a fix there are a number of people that have offered their services that know how to fix it, maybe you could contact one of them?

if I using 4 decimel broker and 3 pips spread for EURUSD, I don't expect to get same result as your real account, but can I still get minimum 30% gain per month using your EA? this is what I concern before i purchase your EA, because you don't provide trial EA and I can't do backtest, hope can get answer or advise from you.

Better change your broker. I tried on FXDD and results were worse than theirs, now I run on TF too and they are absolutely the same, which is reassuring they aren't faked.
