Dear Brijesh

There is no problem with the EA.

As you can see in the manual of the first version of the EA(1.0) the Max DD was 20% while the input risk was 10%.

We have fixed it. If you want to have the same lot size as the past you should double the risk.

Please use the version 3.

Best Regards

FxPapa, there's still a problem with this EA. The GBPUSD sell trade 1.58339 is still open on your account, currently down about -40 pips, while the same trade closed on both my demo and live accounts for a +8 pip gain. So the trades are still not in sync with each other. Why is this continuing to happen? I thought everything was fixed? 😕 I'm losing confindence in this trading system...

Dear Roger

There is no problem. Our broker (IBFX) rejected the close order. It may happens to every broker.

That's strange, because I'm using IBFX for both of my accounts, and they closed the trade for +8.1 pips on the live account and +7.8 pips on my demo account. But thank you for the quick response anyway. Hopefully your trade will turn around and close positive for you... 😄

Dear Roger

You are right. We have good experience with IBFX.

FxPapa, now you have a second GBPUSD sell trade opened at 1.58944 that I don't have on either of my accounts. Something is still not right...

Dear Roger

Everything is right.

You don't have the second trade because your first trade has been closed in profit.

As you may know the second and third trades are done when the first position be in loss.

Ok, I wasn't aware of that. Thanks for the information. So I take it that we won't have any other trades opened on our accounts until your positions close out for either a profit or a loss. Is that correct?

Cheers,
Roger

FxPapa,

Why isn't such information included in the EA's user manual?? Don't you think we clients have a right to know this?

Not only does it seem as though you have been using us as beta testers without our knowledge or consent, but the manual you provided is less than 'bare bones'. Most of the useful information I've acquired about your EA has been found in these discussion pages.

Does that seem right (especially for a $400 price tag)??

i dont like fxpapa and fxpapa is not looking reliable.
400$ for a silly trade copier ea, which is not able to copy trades properly. its a bullshit.

I wish people would really relax and stop being greedy.

If you don't want this system don't use it.

Systems sometimes loose, and have flat periods, let the guy do his work and be patient.
Brains always tell it how it is, while balls get it done.

Dear Traders

It's so simple.

The EA opened a short position.

All of our clients had about +8 pips profit for that but our broker rejected the close order of our own account so our position is still open.

The EA has opened another short position because our first position was on loss and you don't have it because your position has been closed already with profit.

As I said several times the EA receives the signals from our server but it manage them independently.

It's not a pure trade copier.

I've explained all these things several times to every one who asked me.

I really want you to be honest. Be sure if there is any mistake from us I apologize from all clients but now there is no problem at all. Everything is working fine.

FxPapa,

Whys do not use the Guardian system? This will keep a strict control over the management of licenses, while allowing the EA to be independent.

Yeah, FxPapa's strategy for dealing with losing trades seems to work out quite well most of the time. Sooner or later it will hit a full SL on all three positions that it opens, but it will hardly damage the account too bad. Overall it's making very nice gains... 😎

FxPapa,

I see that there are two trades which occurred today on your account which were not duplicated on my account
(https://www.myfxbook.com/members/ragency/fxpapa-demo/256142)
or on another account that uses your EA which I've been monitoring.

I thought that Version 3 was supposed to have cured such problems ...

Sorry, you're right. I read the wrong column for the opening dates.
