We are a group of traders who have traded since 2007 our own funds as well as investor funds. We try to balance fundamental and technical factors with trading, with more weight being placed on technical and automated strategies. The 'Blended' Strategy blends 2 systems. The first is that eur/usd is prone to trending breakouts that are based on volume, in other words the average hourly movement of eur/usd might be 20 pips, and our trending strategy captures those movements that are significant, maybe 50 pips in an hour. That is almost always a sign of bigger institutional funds moving the market and the likelihood of it continuing is strong. Good risk to reward is a feature of the trending part of the program. The second system is a hedging system that trades eur/usd, gbp/usd, and usd/cad and is based on the fact that often currencies are stuck in ranges, this hedging takes advantage of that fact. Together both systems mesh into a potent blend of Forex trading, we believe these 2 systems combined will be very fruitful for the foreseeable future.
