It seems as though the Daily % is calculated from when you create your account and not from the date/time of your first trade.

Could it be calculated from the date/time of your first trade ?

Actually this is a good point. When you use the custom start date, surely the Daily, Monthly and Drawdown figures should change to represent the period under analysis and not remain static like they do at the moment?

Mark, the daily % is indeed calculated from the first transaction discovered in your account, ignoring the type. Since the first transaction is always a deposit, it is the date used to determine the first trade date.

compuforexpamm, when a custom start date is set, it acts immediately as the starting point for the daily/monthly yields - if you've encountered a different behavior, please contact us privately.

I think its a good idea to have a option to see the percentage increase on the graph as a daily % increase on tha account size at the start of each day

I also support the daily % increase as when traders analyze performance(EA or manual) we/they do look at % increase Daily/Weekly/Monthly.

Now an enhancement to this would be also to show +ve or -ve number of pips for Day/Week/and Month using mouse over feature.

All this could be shown in same format as current but we can change time period to DAY, WEEK or MONTH (currently it is month only) for the year and then add the number of pips to the mouse over, that would be cool. thks folks.

Thinking about this even more........I was wondering how easy/functional it would be to create sections for 'Summary - Weekly' and 'Summary - Daily' similar to the 'Summary - Monthly' all in that same space/interface and select the summary view u want to see. I can only assume the code would be the similar/same and hopefully minimal workload to implement. Could MyFXbook folks do this as a quick mod.

What do u say MyFXBook gurus. just my 2 cents.......

Summary Weekly = Weekly Analytics
Summary M Monthly Analytics
