I like to think that I am reasonably smart, especially when it comes to making money.

Am I as smart as I think I am?

At the poker tables I play a tight-aggressive style that has served me well over the years.

My style is much the same when it comes to trading.

I generally take no more than one or two trades a day at most. The trades I take are all high probability set-ups with a good reward to risk ratio to ensure their long-term profitability.

Rather than categorising myself as one of the four main trader types, I simply deploy my strategies and let the particular set-up determine how long I hold a trade for and how much profit I will be targeting.

I am currently attempting a small account challenge, hence the reason I finally got around to joining myfxbook.

I started the challenge with an account of $250.

My objective is to 50x the account up to $12,500.
