Why don't people copy a profitable EA system or a trader and make money?

There are EA and traders that have been profitable for many years in the market. We can see and copy their current statistics. For example, what harm could there be in copying a system that has been generating an average monthly return of 5% for 10 years already with $40,000? quite much of such ea are under broker's control. and they can scam you
