the withdrawal process was within 48hrs. which is very rare with other brokers that I trade. And I made a compliant last time, that was regarding customer support. I really apologies for the negative review I made. Unfortunately, it was my bad understanding about my issue. However, that will be resolved soon. Big Salute to exness team members.

What would you improve about EXNESS?

My suggestion, to make the account reactivation, or forget password process to be reduced. the client need to wait for almost 30days to recover the account.

I am fed up with customer service, No one understands the issue clearly, nor provides support according to the problem that I have explained.
It will be great if customer service understands the issue of the Exness client and do the needful to solve it.

Issue: Unable to log in to client account. Also, not possible to change the password. Every 10hrs, the reset timing comes. I have all the evidence saved for further dealings. Rest all are ok.

ok sih sejauh ini wd lancar, mudah-mudahan sampai wd berjumlah nominal besar nantinya juga lancar tidak dipersulit seperti broker-broker kebanyakan lainnya.

I just want to lower the deposit limit in Strategy Manager in Copy trade in Exness from $500 down to $100-200$ so that it's not hard to deposit if you create a Strategy Manager account
