If they have decent spreads on majors then chances are they are competitive on crosses.
If you can't spot the liquidity then you are the liquidity.
I am trading EURGBP, EURCHF, and CADJPY with fxview and xm. Both offer tight spreads.

I think ecn brokers would be the best for trading cross pairs, as they offer tight spreads on pairs.

Cross pairs don’t have as much liquidity as major pairs, so the spreads will always be higher compared to major pairs.
