The performance appears to be flat, because last year there was a huge profit and during dec 2022 this account risk was reduced. So the performance reduced as well, but now the account has increased the risk and so the performance may start appearing normal within next few weeks.

i got two live account licenses for the ea. so i use different set files in both accounts. i first started with the first set file, then asked their support to give a custom set file. the custom set file is making maximum profit. i applied for a new ea license last Thursday to the support. but not received any reply till now

Note that we don't want to fill our email inbox with customer support emails from EA buyers. We primarily kept our profile for fund management purpose and not for EA sales. It seems like you are already making profit with our EA in one or more LIVE accounts and so we recommend you to continue with the same LIVE accounts.
You need to send sufficient proof along with MT4 statements that you are making profits in your account to our support, otherwise, most likely they may not consider additional EA license purchase requests. Our support is not interested in providing customer support for few hundred dollars of one time payment. But anyway, I will tell our support to expedite the process once you provide the MT4 statements etc.

i don't know why i can't quote here...anyway, i have already made around 3K in last few weeks. but now a days the trades are very few. if i restart the mt4, it places many trades and sometimes with good profits, but it again slows down.
