Hi,on my Ki-netics chart there is a red cross and it says Trading Priviledges not Verified. Not publishing anymore

I created a new acc called Ki-netics which worked for a couple days tracking my trades using EA on mt4 but has since Sep16th mysteriously stopped working and publishing the tradesCan someone explain what might be the cause?thanks in advance
