Verifying Trading Priviledges

Hi,on my Ki-netics chart there is a red cross and it says Trading Priviledges not Verified. What does this mean and how can I verify?When I connected this to mt4 it worked initially for 2 or 3 days but since the 16th of Sept or so it stopped sending the trades to my myfxbook page. Not publishing anymore

I created a new acc called Ki-netics which worked for a couple days tracking my trades using EA on mt4 but has since Sep16th mysteriously stopped working and publishing the tradesCan someone explain what might be the cause?thanks in advance
