Nothing in the Contest Rules page ......
If the rules of the Contest did not announce clearly this will be a manipulation on the contest participants
why no mention of lot size limitation and how many open trades at one time allowed. Rules seem very simple?

The lack of response from Square about details on the account settings like hedging, FIFO and margin call percentage makes me think the prizes are designated and some participants will have advantage on the start. Makes me wonder if I want to play...:-[
...and those he plays never suspect - he doesn't paly for the money he wins, he don't play it for respect...

Please see answers to some of the questions below:
All instruments present in the list will be allowed to trade - that includes GOLD.
Min lot allowed is 0.01 and max is 1000.
Hedging is allowed
Contest only starts on the 1st Aug so you will not be able to trade before then - hence the trade disabled error.

Hi sqfmkg, is there anyway to have history data before 25 jun ? I'm not able to run properly my EAs with so low history candles.

do you understand that this is a very bad spot for your company ?
Isn't even possible to use a basic moving average on daily chart due to lack of data , just try to put an sma(50) on eurusd, it won't be drawn !!
