If the transactions in and out are consistent and verified over time, it is a good choice to confirm that the system is indeed feasible.

one of the good way is to stop trading. if that's too much stress then avoid. it's hard to gain here more than 5k per month.so easier it would be to find a job

There's only one way to become emotionless trader: stop trading manually. Trading manually is the best way to lose money. You can't even back test your strategy manually, so how can you possibly know that it's profitable?

Finally, manual trading is a failure no matter how skilled you are, and I agree with you

I agree that automation helps reduce emotional decisions, and it's great for executing a proven edge. But manual trading isn't dead—I'm manually trading XAUUSD with strict rules and consistent results. I also share XAUUSD signals with solid performance. It’s about discipline, not the method.

Adapt, analyze, and achieve — one trade at a time.

We need to put your mind in control. Our consciousness make programs to auto sabotage and how to combat that? Risk management, focus on now and don't change our strategies all time.

What sabotage are you talking about? Like setting targets and dfailing to follow or pursue them? Actually it is easily solved by trading plan.
