Yes, you are right. It is never possible to trade without a positive mentality. I as a trader think that a trading mindset should be created by controlling emotions with patience.

If you have discipline in your life, it will automatically reflect in trading also. Try to improve holistically, wake up early , first disciplined thing you have done and it motivates you to do further more.
