To shine in the forex, along with knowledge, discipline and patience, traders should keep in mind the following points as well:

-Set a risk/reward ratio to 1:2 or higher.
-Set realistic profit targets.
-Avoid the use of high leverages.
-Do not invest more than 5% of trading capital on each trade.

Yes, you are right. It is never possible to trade without a positive mentality. I as a trader think that a trading mindset should be created by controlling emotions with patience.

If you have discipline in your life, it will automatically reflect in trading also. Try to improve holistically, wake up early , first disciplined thing you have done and it motivates you to do further more.
