No. Its a bad calculation from myfxbook. I was on vacation and forgot to deposit more margin before I left. The system went into a drawdown while I was away (of course) and I was stopped out on a few positions. I quickly deposited money when I found out but it was too late. I am consistently withdrawing profits from this system. Once in a while I have to deposit more margin as it can go into large drawdowns but its normal. Great system overall. I'm seeing a possible large move south for most JPY pairs which effects funnel. Make sure your accounts are prepared with enough funds to cover a large move if you have open a long basket (short eurusd). I made this mistake once and never again! Got stopped out overnight when I was away on vacation. Need to keep a good amount of funds handy for drawdowns.

Funnel trader could very well be the greatest system created ever. It's hard to believe a grid system this simple could do this well. Drawdown can get annoying at worst. All you have to do is monitor your system and add funds when drawdown gets high. Lately it's been doing extraordinary. I went to sleep last night with a drawdown and woke up today with a good size profit.

This doesn't make sense at all. You should contact their support. I never had any issues with this broker and have had excellent customer service. Definitely have them look into this trade. Your activation price is 10+ pips higher than the price at that time. The spread on the USDCAD is usually 1 pip. Now if you look at the 1 min candle that day at 15:30 broker time (8:30 am est time), it was an obvious news announcement and you would have got triggered at the 1st availbable price with any broker on a stop order. I've had quite a few glitches with mine. My funnel account was showing over 300% and it never had that much. At one point when I had deposited money, it showed a loss even though there wasn't one.

HelloI was on vacation and forgot to add funds to the account before I left. I keep it low just to avoid any potential flash crash like the GBP in October 2016 or the CHF in January 2015. If that happens, at least I would only lose a small portion of my trading capital. The other issue is the way myfxbook does the calculation it makes it look like I lost much more than I did. Looking at the growth graph it looks like it's hitting support and poised for a big move up 😁Seriously though, I do believe that the system is a good system. Just need to monitor a little, take profit when you have it, and it's great. The last trades with the eurusd sat there in profit for hours building a base of support around 1.1875 Yes, the bot should be able to take the profit on its own but if your running this system on real $, you need to know how it works take profit when it's on the table.Side note, I do see a good short opportunity with the eurusd this week ...

I had a good win with the trades from yesterday because I make sure to take profit when I'm in profit. Once I see the market forming a bottom, I close all or almost all the bot trades. Yes, I will miss some of the really large moves but I miss most of these moves where it was in profit and then moved out.

This was a dumb mistake on my part as I went away for the weekend and forgot to add more funds. I always keep 5k on hand for this account. If you run funnel with stock settings with 5k, it works well.

Having had some time with this system, its now trading on my main account and doing quite well. I take profit myself and don't wait for the robot to let the winners go to SL. Sometimes I can't catch it but most of the time I usually know ahead of time when there is a large movement in the market. I find my profits to be much higher this way, even if I miss a few pips here and there. However, over time, you will still make a profit even with letting the bot take full control. Getting good entries is the hard part and this bot is extremely good at it.

Not sure what is going on with MYFXBOOK calculations but it is wrong. I only had one big loss (about $100) and its because I accidentally opened two trades on the wrong account (AUDJPY). I am trying to keep this account for funnel trader only which only closes in a loss in extreme slippage.

I tried but for some reason, myfxbook is not processing the account accurate. I will play around with the settings to see if I can get it to work. My funnel account also posted a negative growth when, in fact, it was positive. Not sure how this happens.

I am glad I closed my trades early on Friday! When you can see a clear bottom forming on a Friday afternoon after a big move from NFP or another news event like it, there is generally a slight retracement. This one was no different.

I see this happen with demo accounts all the time where the feed from the broker is slightly different than live accounts. I only had one trade too but I use IC Markets.

It happens once in a while where it gets stuck. Just make sure you are prepared with enough $$$ in your account in case it goes up more. Over the past year I've seen it go as high as 1600. What's great about FX is it always corrects and that's why this was is profitable.

I'm loving it. Best EA on the market. Period. Nothing even close to the consistency with potential 3 digit annual profit percentages. I have never had a day where I was afraid to go to sleep running this EA.

I can't say with confidence but I believe they are just stage names. Doug Price has been used before on other marketed EA so for this one, he picked a new name. That's just my theory. Not that it's a bad thing. Some people just like to protect their info more than others. Or it could be that one of those is his real name. I don't really care, as long as my robot doesn't open 100 EURUSD trades without me knowing!
