I’d like IC Markets to improve the stability of gold (XAU/USD) spreads on Raw accounts, especially during the London session, to ensure consistent low spreads as advertised.

I’ve been using IC Markets for quite some time, but lately I’m really disappointed.
Even though my account is the Raw Spread type, the spread on gold (XAU/USD) often spikes to 50–60 pips during the London session.
For a broker that advertises “ultra-low spreads,” this is simply unacceptable.
It’s been happening more and more recently, making short-term trading almost impossible.
If this issue isn’t resolved soon, I’ll definitely consider moving my trading to another broker.

How I said They are Best MT5 Broker. Charts on MetaTrader are excellent, with a good variety of default indicators pre-installed. Support - excellent. IC Markets delivers robust execution methods (i.e., no requotes) and the ability to place orders within the spread. IC Markets has strengthened its position as an excellent choice for algorithmic traders thanks to the availability of the MetaTrader.

Adding faster options, such as instant processing for verified accounts or unified methods, would reduce frustration and build trust.
2. Expand Crypto Deposit and Withdrawal Support
Many users want seamless crypto integration for funding and cashouts, which is currently absent. Implementing this could attract more crypto-forex hybrid traders without compromising security.

The MT5 platform on ICMarkets operates smoothly in the absence of news; however, when news events occur, MetaTrader 5 frequently experiences freezing issues or difficulties in closing trades. There are instances when I have several profitable trades open, and upon attempting to close them, the platform freezes, occasionally taking as long as two minutes to complete the action, after which I receive a notification stating that the orders are processing. This situation is quite frustrating.

Nothing good to mention now. It was a reasonable broker a few years back.
What would you improve about IC Markets?
It seems that as of late they started hunting Stop Loses or introduce higher spreads at times, when comparing exactly the same trades with different brokers. I’d certainly like to see fair spreads and trading. Customer service is OK, but they always put their interest ahead of the customer’s and often appear unfriendly and intimidating despite a very long relationship and large balances.

Very average, comparing with other brokers of similar size and time in the market. Unfair trading environment, unfriendly customer service, no regard to many years as a customer with a large deposit.
