What would happen if EURO reaches 1.0000?

For almost all the period from Jan 2000 through Nov 2002, EUR was below 1.0000 - Currency trading continued, world did not end.

nothing would 'happen' - when the Euro was originally priced they intended to have a 1:1 ratio with the US Dollar.

Same thing that happened when USDCAD hit 1, it bounced....for now at least.

It means im going to Paris on vacation (And buy a whole bunch of stuff to sell on eBay). Sadly, the last time I went, the rate was about 1.42.

Same as when matter mets antimatter. They both cancel each other out and cease to exist. If euro reaches 1.0000, then the euro and dollar will cease to exist and Americans and Europeans would have to move to Russia. haha.

well, according to a 'few' years of data collected by a collider, matter actually wins by 1%. hence the universe is constantly expanding.
