Care you explain your point of view? I actually think the other way around. Is that because of the budgeting plans of both parties? (I'm not up to date with those 😄)

its from an investment perspective.
Many Tax Breaks will end for the rich if Obama Stays, so large sums of cash will stay in the financial markets tp preserve their wealth.
If we get a republican , tax breaks continue for the rich. Pulling funds out of the equity markets to buy real estate and other investments become more attractive.
