The correlation between two currencies pairs is costantly updated. The time frame for example 1 day in the page you have linked means how the two PAIRS correlated in the last 24 hours from this very moment to back 24hours, not how they correlate each single day.

EURUSD and GBPUSD are closely correlated and have examined them for a while now. But let me tell you, it is not worth it just like most of the strategies. You will make good money for some time and then the gravy train will stop with one bad week or month. I have seen how I created a strategy when you hedge against both pairs and then there is a time during news when they are not correlating anymore and will go the other way with lots of pip difference. Not worth my time as I rather build successful simple strategies with my trader.
