How do you think this will affect the market?
According to an article http://pipburner.com/ecb-press-conference-mario-draghi-speech/, it can make some serious moves. Should we avoid trading during such economic events?

Well, it did affect the Euro and looks like it is going down..although it can probably make a u-turn and head back up. We'll see after the dust settles.

My point is really the blip caused by that event is no different to the blip caused by any other event and for the most part is of no consequence.
I stop trading on wide spreads because of costs issues, but other than that I pretty much ignore news events of any type, unless it's about a big insolvent bank.
Now those I listen to...!!
