Banc de Binary got sued by the CTFC and agreed to pay $11 million in fines in relation to accusations that it has illegally worked with US citizens and solicited large amounts. The broker will pay $7.1 million in disgorgement and restitution, $2 million in civil penalties to the CFTC and $1.95 million in SEC civil penalties. (http://smnweekly.com/2016/02/26/banc-de-binary-agrees-with-us-sec-cftc-to-pay-11-mln-in-settlement/) Well, at least justice was served in this case.

Well, at least people who got scammed should get their money back now. That doesn't always happen.

Fxopening.com and fxopenpamm.com are apparently clones of the licensed broker FxOpen. The latter offers PAMM services, and the former makes unrealistic promises about profits, but neither has anything to do with the licensed broker (http://www.forexbrokerz.com/news/fxopen-warns-scam-websites-fxopening-fxopenpamm).

I suspect this guy is a scammer. Look at my to posts with screenshots on the following link.
He posted images but the data doesn't match the data on the stats page.

If it looks too good to be true, it's probably a scam! Let the buyer beware.

And they seem to be still active on top of everything else. The sheer arrogance of scammers like this never fails to shock me, to be honest.

Or it could simply be one person sitting at home in their mothers basement and they happen to have an automated piece of software. It's hard to tell for sure. My guess is it's probably someone with way too much time on their hands, and not enough talent to actually know how to trade, so they just try and scam people.

My take on this, is that they will do whatever it takes to persistantly open a new fake user each time because the $2k they get from selling their garbage EA is 139k rouble for them.. Just to give you an idea, a quick google seach shows that a full xbox one package costs around 23k rouble. So 139k rouble is quite an extravagant income for them. Even if they just make one sale in a few months, they can still survive for long.
And then a few of us here at myfxbook ruin that for them. I am sure that a lot of hatred goes around fo us.
But shame, you want to make a living scammer? I HAVE NO PITY FOR SOMEONE WHO TRIES TO MAKE A LIVING BY SCAMMING AND WILL ALWAYS CALL THEM. I will continue to take the food that you obtain so illicitly off the table. We all try to make a living here. Does that mean we all have to be involved in illicit things? CERTAINLY NOT! We all make a choice. You made the wrong one and now need to live with that consequence.

CySEC fined CommexFX 50,000 euro for submitting false documents regarding their financial condition (http://smnweekly.com/2016/03/11/cysec-fines-commexfx-another-eur-50-000/). And they're apparently habitual liars too, because they got fined for the same thing before, and the fine was even larger.

Yeah, they got fined with $100,000 and $130,000 respectively two times at least.
