A good broker guarantees you against all technical issues like slippage, requites and dealing desk. A regulated broker always thinks about traders’ security of funding and always gives a special care to this issue. So, try to find the right broker for you. A certified broker is always reliable for you and on the other hand an uncertified broker is always a threat for you.

Finding a good broker nowadays is really tough because there are many scam brokers in the market place in disguise. They are always here to harm traders in a number of ways. Like regulated brokers, their intention is not to serve traders well. That’s why it’s badly essential to have a good broker.

Facing issues with a broker’s platform is a usual norm nowadays. Technical errors in platforms work as a barrier in the way of trading and so traders should trade with such a broker that provides a smooth trading platform free of technical errors like slippage, requites and dealing desk.

In my opinion, good brokers such as Pepperstone, Avatrade, and FP Markets They are regulated by ASIC, FCA or CYSEC with reliable customer service, especially FP Markets customer service, which is quick in answering and solving clients' queries.

@Hotfoote What’s the min deposit requirement?
$300, mate!
Cool, and how about leverage and withdrawal time?
They provide leverage up to 500x and as for the withdrawals, they mostly get processed on the same day.

First of all, contact them. Can you reach them by phone, live chat and mail? Have your questions been answered? Trade with demo accounts. Check all policies. It's important to remember that these are the first steps. If you are having problems even on the demo account, keep in mind that the same problems may occur on the live account. If they don't respond to phone, skype, live chat and email, they won't either when you're a customer.

The cardinal step a trader should follow is to get rid of all the basic mistakes. Over and over mistakes work as an impediment to trading. But traders are less willing to solve this issue rather they prefer trading with high leverage in the expectation to gaining more and more.

I'm a newbie currently trading in a demo account and looking for recommendations on regulated brokers with good customer service.
You can have a look at fxview and xm, both are regulated and have a low minimum deposit requirement of $5.
