Choosing leverage is a very important issue in trading. High leverage trading is very detrimental to investment. Whenever a trader selects high leverage, his investment is at risk. Therefore, the lower the leverage, the better. I suggest everyone use 1: 500 leverage.

Large leverage is convenient, but the most important thing here is that the broker is reliable and honest. Therefore, I trade with Amarkets, which has a leverage of 1: 11000 and is completely in order with honesty.
It smells Russian.
Any Russian broker is suspicious and you should avoid it.

High leverage can bring profit instantly if you are able to make proper trading planning with great risk management policy , otherwise you can fall a huge loss by taking high leverage , in this market place by and large traders in particularly the newcomers fall a great loss by taking high leverage due to non-sense planning and zero risk management approach. So, before trading with high leverage we have to know how to manage risk.
That is correct. a person needs to have a good risk management strategy to proceed with higher leverage because it can enlarge the magnitude of profit and losses as well.

Leverage is simply the credit offered by the broker to trade higher volume. Leverage is a double edge sword. It can result in huge profit or substantial loss. it allows an investor to grow his market exposure to a level that exceeds the initial investments. It always surrounds risks , so it is more appropriate to acquire proper risk management approach before using it.

You are right. Leverage makes the trading risker. I recommend new traders to use small leverage.

The higher the leverage the higher the dependence on brokers' liquidity providers. And lp's always want you to lose, because they want to make money. For a bank a broker is always a good investment. So, choose your leverage and lot-sizes wisely. Using a max. account leverage above 1:500 and lot-sizes above 100 is just gambling not trading. 😉
patience is the key

high leverage is fine as long as you use a suitable Lot size. Even with a 1:500 leverage account you can choose to use 0.01Lot. You do not HAVE to trade 10+ lots just because you can
Small capital has little disadvantage because of that. 1:500 leverage is still risky especially for new trader with small capital like $50 or $100.

If you are an experienced forex trader then you can definitely trade with high leverage because it guarantees more earning as much as it also guarantees a lot of losses if the trade doesn't go your way or as you expect it to go. You therefore have to think real good about it.

As a trader I have known that high leverage trading is not the best option. It is better to take it long term with as less risks as possible, Sure enough you will make a lot of money but there is also a s a chance that you are going to lose a lot of money. Why take the risk when you can't handle the possible outcomes?
