Personally my experience has been an inversion of what you report with regards to slippage, and I did give Pepperstone months to prove itself. Granted, this was a little more than a year ago and things may have changed since, but during that time I was definitely not impressed. Further, if reviews about Pepperstone on the Forex Peace Army site are any indicator, my findings were apparently accurate.
Well, we have completely different experiences, you're happy with IC, I'm happy with Pepperstone so all is good. Horses for courses.

I'm with both brokers, with pepperstone since 2010 (yes I know their up and down), also with IC since 2013 and now I'm happy with both brokers. 😁
The only thing that I don't like is the wire transfer fee from aussie to my country. 😭

Yeah, wiring fees are never pleasant, but as long as my withdrawals are fast and reliable as opposed to being an Instaforex-level nightmare of delays and excuses, I'm a happy trader.
That all said, a lot can happen in a year as broker quality goes, so if Pepperstone has indeed improved since my testing, it wouldn't surprise me! Glad to hear it's working out for you two.

Between the new server/hardware and MT4 Build 625, I've noticed execution times have been reduced to less than 40 ms.

Just a friendly word............ there is a warning below regarding 'Commercial use' that might be worth reading ;)

ICM...well their customer service is atrocious, We have an account with them but I am not happy about it(moving asap). I wanted to teleport through the screen to other side and beat the living s*it out of the customer service guy..they don't give a crap plain and simple. There is a pro trader I want to open with but he only deals with ICM so I am hesitating because I strongly dislike ICM.

I am personally sorry to hear of your bad experience but can reassure you that IC Markets are a solid and reputable broker.

Hey at least he replied..the other two at the customer service desk just plain ignored me after the initial "hello how can I help you today" convo starter when I had problem funding the account. As for the first guy at the desk(before opening account) he took ten mins per reply..maybe he was checking on his bbq by some Aussie beach I don't know 😁
It's not your fault, its mine for opening the account, its a joint account my partner put more money than me hence my say was zero.

You will always find support in this thread from myself or Surrealistik regarding IC Markets. I hope that you and your partner found the trading conditions favourable despite your negative experience with support.

I have to admit, I held my judgement on this, but after seeing your website when it was pointed out to me, I kind of agree with cyberryder and Jon; there certainly seems to be an attempt to distinguish yourself from other IBs with a false veneer of exceptionality/exclusivity and official endorsement. It's not that you're trying to impersonate an employee of IC Markets, it's the misleading way you are representing your association with this broker.
Also did you get permission from Nick and Jeff to advertise their MAM, and associate your affiliate ID with it?

I genuinly thought he was an official ICmarkets representative..wow. You can't be too careful. The entire universe is a big scam 😄
