Live Market Feed?! Which is the best and where from?

Hi all,
Im a relatively new to trading and was wondering what everyone would recommened as the best free live market feed information to compare against spread betting companies and there charts.
The reason being as i would like to know the volume within the instrument and i have found sadly that the companies themselves will not provide this parameter as part of a chart indicator...
