I can’t deny that luck has no role to play in your trading career. It may work sometimes but most of the time, it’s your hard work that will give you results. So, work on improving yourself and don’t do anything that you don’t understand.

Luck is important but so are the skills, one cannot succeed depending only on the luck, skills matter a lot.

If you solely rely on luck, you will never be able to learn how to trade profitably. Instead of losing energy on luck, I would advise effectively understanding the forex market and learning technical analysis and test out strategies on demo accounts.

There is no need for luck in the forex market. If luck were involved in forex, only a select few would win. But that is not so; those who trade with the right strategies and mindset win. Luck has no role to play in the forex market; it is mostly mumbo-jumbo that has made everyone think that way.

Sometimes we end up making good trading decisions by mistake and call it luck. However, luck cannot favour us forever when it comes to forex trading. We need to work on our skills and strategy for long term success. Losses are inevitable sometimes but we should never leave our trades to our luck. Because that will make it look like we have no control over our wins and losses as a forex trader.

Forex trading is a speculative investment, and luck also has a role here, however in trading we can't only rely upon luck alone, here we learn to analyze the market-based support resistance, using chart patterns to predict the price ahead, sometimes we need speed to open and close order, it is not pure relying upon luck.

I don’t think so because even luck runs out after 2-3 times. It’s your knowledge that decides the trajectory of your trading journey and success

I would disagree with OP here. Luck will never be a huge part of your trading success. Based on my experience, luck plays a little to no role in your long term success as a forex trader. One who believes in luck based trading is setting themselves up for failure only. Just focus on learning and work towards your goals. That is the only thing you need to do for profitable trading.

Indeed traders also need luck, however, traders can't rely upon luck, they must rely upon knowledge and skills to make closer to luck. Traders also need discipline although discipline can't guarantee success, however no success without discipline.

Luck is so important. There are scammers and bad strategies online and it is only luck that they are avoided and a good strategy found. If you have a good strategy then luck is less important
