I am also having issues with skrill. Their website is down and their twitter feed says to email them if you are having issues. I'm glad I use bitcoin and not these centralized payout companies for most transactions.
Exactly. Help page is not working. Each mail I send them through help page immediately get the status - closed, resolved or duplicate. Only option is to sent directly through [email protected]

I use Skrill or Paypal only to pay small amounts, like for paying the VPS or if I buy something small on E-Bay.
Note:
If you pay e.g. a dollar amount and you have EUR on your Skrill account, they have to exchange, and I guess they do it for a bad rate. But this is the same if you use bank wire, credit card or whatever: every exchange costs a lot. Even you have 1 pip spread in your Fx-broker, exchanging money is a different story and costs money!
And these services have high fees, so I always use a bank wire. I prefer to wait 3-4 days for the bank wire than using something else.
Also Paypal and Skrill are only protected by a single password, e-banking is much safer!

Hello,
My account at Skrill was hacked and I lost $11,400!!! I notice unauthorized transactions and notified Skrill immediately by phone, about an hour after that transaction was made, I sent them everything they asked and they didn't help me. I got after 8 days an email where they saying that the money left their system and they can not assist further.
why did you keep 11400$ sitting there? between 2 transactions i hope you will reply
Why I kept the money is not relevant at this point. The point is that the money must be safe no matter what the amount is in question. And if there are unauthorized transactions or theft, the customer should be refunded.
i don't believe you pal
It is not important to me whether you believe me or not, I certainly will not give the evidences to you. Skrill got all the evidence from my side. And fortunately, they took again the case for review, will see what will happen.
I don't believe it either. Just to make you aware that making malicious falsehood claims against a company is illegal.

I haven't used Skrill before and I have no opinion about them. I have used Paypal and frankly, I am not too pleased with the process at all. Has anyone used Webmoney (http://www.forexbrokerz.com/page/webmoney-forex-brokers) before? Should I give them a try?

hmm, interesting thread. I already have Paypal and wanted to add Skrill. Need to send payments to other people with possibly lowest costs. What service is cheaper for this?
My offers: FXCM $4.99/RT, Pepperstone Razor AUD$6/RT, VantageFX $4.30/RT, ICMarkets AUD$5.50/RT - no mark-up spread or slippage!
