When opening an account, I am offered two options, MT4 publisher and MyFxBook EA.
I can not find where to download the EA, and I am interested in it if it transfers data as the trade is done. The MT4 publisher is delayed by 5 minutes.

Hi Lance,
The instructions can be found here: http://www.myfxbook.com/help#help_33
The EA can be downloaded from here: http://www.myfxbook.com/pages/Myfxbook.ex4
The EA does not send trades in real time, however it does reduce the data transferred by about 80% and supports comments and magic numbers of trades (for analysis).

I installed the EA, but it doesnt give me the same message as shown in the help picture.
It only says 'Expert Myfxbook AUDUSD,M5:loaded successfully'
It doesn't say initialised and statement uploaded successfully.
I also went to settings and changed it from MT4 publisher to myfxbook EA.
I disabled (but did not delete the Publisher settings)
I then put in a trade to check, and it said
'1009394':request was accepted by server
'1009394':request in process
It doesnt say anything after that ( I have been checking it for over 20 minutes now ) and the open trade is still not reflected on myfxbook, nor on Twitter.
In the EA, I put it only on one chart and set enable live trade to active.
What can you suggest is causing it to not work correctly?
If you need, I can capture pics etc. for further details.
Oh another thing, in the settings area it says under connection 'proccessing'
Lance.

I checked this ea but still no settings for starting date, Mti website has its publisher and is really good detailed setting...
Your site has other advantages, and popularity
All the settings you need (and much more) are in the settings area.
As Clearpaper suggested, you should use the custom start date in order to set a different start date for publication http://www.myfxbook.com/help#help_17

Hi forum,
I currently trade using VPS, and I have been able to setup a number of accounts in the MyFxBook using the old system.
Is it possible to now activate an account with the new EAInstaller if your trading is based on a VPS server?
Thanks rapple

Ethan,
Is there a manual install method for EA, as I've done everything requested in help section to install via automatic installer. Under navigator/expert advisors - no myfxbook ea. All I need is the ex4 file, and any other file and I can manually install in each MT4.
Thank-you

Ethan, how to I switch my existing account to use the EA? There's nothing is settings to do this. Will switching affect the history I already have?
No, it will resume publishing as if it never stopped. Just run the EA in your MT4 and that's it http://www.myfxbook.com/help/connect-metatrader-ea
