Myfxbook not linking to account(s)

Ive been trying to link to my mt5 account with no recent success. Ive been able to do it in the past but recently nothing -- anyone else having the same issue or can someone point my in the right direction..

Ive done everything thing correct as mentioned Ive been successful. Thoughts!!!!

MyFxBook is not updating CTrader Real Account, could you please help?
