Most likely it’s a version compatibility issue. Older EA builds often stop working after MT5 updates. Could also be missing indicators or DLL permissions not enabled. In some cases, it’s a licensing issue tied to a specific account. Try checking “Allow Algo Trading” and logs for errors first.
