As a professional, are you still learning, or did you kind of stop somewhere along the way? If you’re still learning, what stuff are you really focusing on that I should keep an eye on?

You need to focus on making a profit.

It is critical to continuously learn and research.  Finding Alpha is key before putting money into the markets.  Otherwise, one is straight out gambling.
