How do you personally deal with trading-related stress? What is your go-to method?
Also, what is your main motivation source for trading?
Eat, sleep, trade, repeat!

I just get away from the charts for an hour or so. Try to focus on something else. I wouldn't recommend trading on a hot head.

My main motivation is to trade as best as I can.

I have to disagree with you on that one. Virtual funds dont stress me up at all :)

My go-to method is taking deep breaths and stepping away from the screen for a bit, ya know, chill and clear my head. As for motivation, I'm all about that long-term gain.

Then find a cent account, replenish it with real money and trade. It's not a fast process:)

Or alternatively you may like it better. It is not trading. Try investing in some project and see how it works. For example bitcoin or other crypto. Maybe you know some project for investment. This will help you build your risk tolerance.

When trading gets stressful, just chill out, take a breather, and remember that even the best traders hit rough patches - keep calm and keep slaying the game! 💪😎

Stress is normal while trading. Only robot could trade without emotions. More rest, meditations ect. and everything will be fine:)

The most simple advice ever, but always works for me:
Do you feel stress -> make a break, take time to get calm;
Do you worry about trading results -> review your strategy;
Do you worry because you just a new trader -> practice more;
A falling leaf does not try to influence the wind, it enjoys flying.

Compensate stress using things you like. Or do your hobby. It helps me in such situations.

Stress is hard to deal with especially when on a losing streak the best way to deal with it is to become a better trader and have more wins and less losses.
