Visualization of success is key

What im about to teach you, many may not know or may even think its true, but it is. In order to achieve success in anything, you must VISUALIZE success and where/what you want to be in life. Look around you. Everything started with a thought, which led to an idea, which led to a plan, which led to action, which led to an outcome. It all starts in the mind and starts that universal cause and effect. Everyday 3x a day meditate and work on your mind. See in your mind your future successful self and what that looks like. After meditation go to a mirror and look at yourself and tell yourself you love yourself 10x. Then start with positive mantras. Tell yourself that your already successful and doing what you want to do. Dont say i will do something, because that is telling our subconscious that you plan on doing something in the future. Instead say, I AM doing (whatever you want or want to become). Doing this is tricking your subconscious into setting the motion for the universal cause and effect to take place. I promise this will help. But no body else can do this work for you. Only YOU can do this and only YOU can change your life. I wish you the best of luck!

This is a good motivational tool but you obviously still need to work had. Visualisation works best for situations where you need to show confidence. This is not important when trading but keeping a target in mind and staying motivated is important
