The Forex (foreign exchange) market operates 24 hours a day, 5 days a week — from Monday to Friday — and is divided into four major trading sessions based on global financial centers:

Forex runs 24 hours, but the main sessions overlap differently:

Tokyo (Asia): ~12 AM – 9 AM GMTLondon (Europe): ~7 AM – 4 PM GMTNew York (US): ~12 PM – 9 PM GMTThe London–New York overlap (12 PM – 4 PM GMT) is usually the most volatile — perfect for catching strong moves .I trade that window through https://gerchik.co/ru, since their spreads stay stable even when volatility spikes.
