I think it's just because it's July. Summer months tend to be very slow, even when there are news.

I was looking at some of the data change over the last few weeks,there is certainly a bit of a slow down.
"They mistook leverage with genius".

It will probably slow down even more in August. That has been the pattern for the past few years. Possibly longer too, but I've been watching for that ever since I started trading, which was a few years ago.

Yep :)
August is vacation time for the employees of many banks and funds, which is reflecting over the volumes traded on the market and market change a bit its behavior.

I've noticed that too. Mostly because it's very difficult to trade during that period of the year, just like it is around the Winter holidays.
