@SofieAndreasen yes we should find the suitable time that suits our trading strategy and style. It's not a good idea to trade all the time.

Of course, I don’t trade around the clock because it’s impossible. I’m not a robot and I need to sleep every day. I could trade 24/7 with robots but I don’t trust them.
Nevertheless, I trade about 10-15 hours a day because my strategy is catch the very beginning of a candlestick on H1 using M5. I do it on a demo account but hope to try it on a real one soon.
