Help with EAs

Hi
I need about 10 EAs written, willing to pay for them but need to make sure to find a good programmer. The first one is fairly simple:
On any time frame, just below or above a candle, the calculation in numbers: (prev high - prev low)*1.6 in small red font
The setting will allow you to go back upto 500 candles back, but this can be amended.
Is anyone interested in helping? Thanks

2) "The first one" looks like Indicator, not an EA ?!!
