Try Forexsb.com where you can build your EA without any programming language. Better still, you will immediately see the results of your EA whether it is profitable or not.
I have use Forex Strategy Builder (FSB Pro) to build thousands of EA and achieved excellent results. It's free and easy to use. In addition, I've also used MyFxBook to monitor my EA performance and use the magic number to analyze my EA entry/exit accuracy. This is an excellent feature of MyFxBook and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to know how well your EA perform.
Don't just look at how profitable your EA is. Before you discard any "bad" EA, you need to understand why the EA is bad. Is it bad opening (low entry accuracy) or bad closing (low exit accuracy), MyFxBook entry/exit accuracy tool found in the history tab would provide insight how why your EA is or isn't profitable. And then from there I would use the Forex Strategy Builder (FSB Pro) to correct/improve my opening and closing rules/conditions. In this way, both the FSB and MyFxBook work hand in hand wonderfully in helping me develop profitable EA without any programme knowledge/skills.

Before splashing out on programming services you should try FXPro Quant, a free Web based visual EA builder they provide. It's pretty good and can build some complex EAs. Ives used it to create some profitable EAs, but of course it's not without some limitations.
