I've had a few bugs on my accounts over the months so I found this to be a believable excuse until you reported that myfxbook stated it wasn't a bug. But since an update hasn't been forthcoming, that pretty much said it all for me. C'est la vie.

still not sure where you are seeing the trades from June... in the history, last page (77 currently) has entry from 01.09.2010.. and clearly shows the deposit of 50000 as the first entry...why don't you take a screenshot of what you are seeing and attach it here as an attachment so I can see it too..

Update:I have, today, received my refund on this product.I asked support to justify why they sent signals to close my open trades for a loss and they were unable to give me a satifactory answer.To be fair to the system every trade signal they provide did move to profit but in between they closed 2 of my trades for no good reason. The risk to reward...
