Hello Alex,

Your EA is very risky my account is now having huge floating loss and margin is reduced to stop out level. This will wipe out the account as it staking many huge lots. It has taken 14 trades with total 44 lots in 50K account and it about to be wiped out.

What is your suggestion and counter measures by EA to protect account?

oops!!!

Yeah: "oops, I'm making a killing selling this EA for a rip-off price - $300 a pop anyone?" 😲

No consideration for folks with no cash like me and many others.

No money? Stay poor.

EA should be renamed "For rich folk only" 😭

My suggestion for improvement:

Please consider a payment option such as $50 per month for six months. It would be easier to handle for many potential customers, and we can pay out of our future profits!

please let me know if you have any questions about the product.

My question is: can you consider alternative methods for purchase (installments)?

Your response does not answer my question.

exactly. it doesnot answer your question. we are not discussing business model for the product. if you have any questions about the EA, I would love to hear.

thanks

We have sent you EXACT SAME configurations as our account. our account is down only 10% and will soon recover. have you made any changes to the configurations we sent you?

I've been following you for a while. Now have a week with friend followed your position. I must say they are very good. Minus point I hear a lot is: instructions for use
And that risk adjustment with two currencies. continue to contact to, others are quite neat.
the price for your EA, I find not too expensive. It has a high RUI, and low uptake.

If you have one instructions for use
Then this Robot highly recommended

At last positive news "Monkey"

Grow Forex

great comments.

The EA is super easy to work with. attach and thats it. yet we will offer instructions this week.

any other suggestions are welcome. we love to hear customer feedback.

great point. we will offer more backtests. yet you have to understand this EA uses news detection mechanism which is not available on backtest. therefore its pretty much impossible for us to generate correct backtests.

would love to hear more.

I have not made any changes in configuration as its all default. Also there is no provision for changing configuration so its out of question. This shows that EA you supplied to me and EA you are using for myfxbook to get customers are totally different. Why you make risky life for me?

Hi,
I have not made any changes in the configuration and followed your advise to keep default settings. As such there is no much provision to change any configuration. It seems the EA set to me is not same EA shown in myfxbook.com. Your program seems pure martingale and very risky. your very prompt rectification effort is required instead arguing about changing configuration. Believe customer and help immediately to resolve the issue which is crisis.

Avoiding my question looks bad for you. I do not wish to discuss business models.

You should answer with only a 'yes' or 'no'. Discussion is not required on any matter.

Can you consider alternative methods for purchase (eg. installments)?

Yes = I (and many others) wait for the alternate payment options.
No = I unsubscribe from this topic and forget about purchasing your EA.

Yes or no - SIMPLE! End of 'discussion'!

this is a false assumption you are making. we will further investigate this and tell you what is going wrong.

Hi,
i'm using too Armada as broker and i don't have the same operation of vendor, expecially with the lots value.
1st position in EU buy, was 0.02, the second one at 0.21 :( - really crazy this grid-martingale
Fortunally they closed both with a gain but how risky this EA? Or it is only my version?
I emailed more times to vendor but today he not answered me back, i asked him his support also through skype

Also. Sometimes the EA lost the control, en fact the value shown in the graph will remain blocked and seem the out of control.

this is not the case. the amount of lot is fully irrelevant to number of positions. its based on market volatility. volatility goes up, lot size goes up! simple.

martingale constantly increases lot size. this EA sometimes increases and sometimes decreases. you will see your following positions will be most likely smaller.

Can the EA be used with FIXED lots size x trade?
Is it a feature/variable that user can change?
Thanks

Yes, we will add it and anyone ordering the EA from this point on will have that feature. yet we recommend using the same settings as us. the dynamic lot size.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

It appears the EA got stuck at some point. It had opened a trade, and the display info was OK (floating P/L changing with real value), but when I logged in today, it stuck to some value. I just restarted the EA. Is there any way for you to check it's been set up properly?
