try this everyone:
When you press F9, or open a ticket, at the bottom of the ticket click in the box and change the max deviation to 5
I think we have to do this for every ticket? finally working correctly

Hi Everyone,
Several of you have mentioned having problems with getting the "off quotes" message frequently. Since FXCM uses 5-digit pricing (fractional pips), every 10 points for the Maximum Deviation is equivalent to one pip. If you adjust your Max Dev in the Order window, that should do the trick. Try setting the max deviation to 20 or 30 as shown below.

If you're selling GBP/USD at 1.5800 then your stop loss has to be above your sell price. Perhaps you meant to set it at 1.5900. That would be a 100 pip stop loss.

Hi Ayyashi,
If you open a new chart that should load properly for you. Go to the Market Watch window and right-click on the currency pair that you want to chart. Then in the menu that appears, select "Chart Window" as shown below.
