wow.... thanks Myfxbook for letting me see what this trading platform really is!! 5 to 10 seconds after NFP announcement it froze up for at least 3 minutes keeping me from exiting the trades I was in. And since then it freezes or loses connection every time there is a spike of any kind. I know its VantageFX because I have other platforms running on other computers and they aren't having any problems at all.
SO.... thanks again!!! I lost a bunch of FAKE money in this contest that obviously favors the use of EA's over manual trading, BUT I didn't end up losing any real money by opening a live account with a broker that can't handle the load at critical times!

Thats the truth. I was able to trade my contest account in january, so I messed around with it. After a few days they locked it, but cleared and restarted it when the contest started.

They just cancelled my account because myfxbook and vantage stuffed up, yet people like this http://www.myfxbook.com/members/Symr/contest-symr-2/226261 started trading there contest account in the middle of January.
Fourxxxx, your account wasn't cancelled, so I'm not sure what are you referring to.
As to the account in question - the accounts should have been locked against trading but since they weren't, Vantage FX did remove any history which was created before the contest started, we simply haven't removed the data of all of those accounts on our end (I just processed the account in question). I can assure you that everyone have the same trading terms.
Please let me know if there are any other issues.
