Can you explain the terms of your money-back guarantee? How long do I have to request a refund, and what is the process for getting my money back?

It's a 30 day money back guarantee for any reason.  You just send us an email requesting refund within 30 days, and you will get one.  There isn't a condition to be met otherwise.

leapfx always honors their 30 day money back guarantee ive used it a few times there is no limit. As long as you fall within 30 days of purchase. 


i dont wanna say use it as a risk free trial but that’s kinda what it is

No you don't have to purchase again, you can switch the robot to another account anytime.
