Why is all the stats set to private or are you hiding something? Also where is the LIVE account so we can verify that its going to work on a live account and not only on Demo.

the first account is best since it has long trading history.
lot size is determined by the ea based on the risk used or you can use fixed lot if you want. We have responded to your email with other details.
