PhiBase VPS server was restarted at 16:00 hrs GMT (20th Sept) - All the MT4 platforms running reference accounts was down between 15:30 hrs to 17:30 hrs
The downtime has affected this Alpari demo account : This account runs Ray Scalper with FinalTarget_x_H1_ATR=4 and had a short trade @ 1.29477 which closed on other accounts for about 20 pips gain. Since the VPS was down, this trade remained open in spite of the price triggering the trailing target level - but the trailing SL was not moved in to lock the gain since the EA/MT4/VPS were down.
As per our policy, we let this trade run without manual intervention. The trade was closed out for a loss of 68 pips.
Our other reference account run the EA with FinalTarget_x_H1_ATR=1 and the open trades were closed out at TP.

I use recently bought Ray Scalper on the live UK Alpari account an unfortunately I have to say I haven't so good results as on this "reference" account. Yesterday (November 7, 2012) Ray Scalper on my live account made -77 pips trade :(

We are having a technical issue with accessing our VPS since 6th November – the problem is being attended to by the support center of the service provider.
We have not been able to recover our setup and may need to re-install all our platforms, reload the EA’s on our reference accounts. The reference accounts will be operational again by this weekend. This period of disruption will be noted on our web site shortly.
