jamesphuc posted:Yes I own both hard to say, I am still very new with REV however doing backtests on this keeps turning me off and the myfxbook is so hard to tell because the lots sizes make no sense of displaying the EAs true effectiveness to everyday user. I am hoping backtest is fault because backtester is really crappy on MT4 so will see.
Hi all,
Between Rev Trader Pro EA and Keltner Pro EA, which one is better and more consistent?
Anybody has bought both eas? Please share your experiences with these 2 EAs.
Thanks and regards,
James

Hi FXTrader2010 and others,
1. Yes, I can see clearly that both creators of these 2 eas had got VERY HIGH RISKS at beginning like GAMBLING "ALL-IN" in order to have very high profit % to attract buyers for their eas. So, I don't care about this issue.
2. What I care most is that after they reduced the risks down to current time, or with MM % = 5%, how much profit gain % can we expect to earn per month? 10% - 20% is POSSIBLE with this MM% = 5%?
For Keltner pro ea, I think maximum risk % per pair should be 3% because this ea trades so many pairs. Sometimes, if all trades are in floating loss, we will give more room for the ea to breathe and sustain such difficult market situations.
For Rev Trader Pro EA, I plan to trade AUDUSD and NZDUSD only. So, 5% risk settings will not be a problem for this ea, I believe.
3. I am now in a dilemna and wonder which ea I should buy first ?
If the creators are willing to set up a quite new small account of 1k - 2k with MM% = ON, then, we all can have a fairer and better judge on both eas' performance.
Have a nice week to all !

Your robot copy the same operations, the teacher myfxbook account.

Keep in mind default is 1 trade max per pair. I'm using 3 trades max per pair as explained in TEXT file in ZIP

Hi RevTraderPro ea creator and others,
1. How reliable is SYNERGY FX BROKER? Are they reliable when it comes to paying big profits if clients can make such huge profit like the live account of revtraderpro ea creator now?
Is Synergy fx broker REGULATED with any bodies?
2. Do you think if setting max risk % = 10% STILL SAFE with max trades = 3? Or if using max trades = 3, then, what is the maximum risk % do you advise the buyers to use?
Waiting for your reply and further advice soon.
Thanks and regards,
James

I have heard this before.
Maybe it's totally different EA which is running here at myfxbook or even manual trading.
And everyone pay for totally other ea...
That's why I am still thinking, is it worth to pay big money just for this EA.?
Right now I am testing a few EA's and also some cheap one is profitable till now.
Let's see what will happen in longer term...
The best way to avoid overtrading is to realise that playing the forex markets is a marathon, rather than a sprint.

Could you attach your account to myfxbook.com?

Also, keep in mind default setting for slippage is LOW, so if you have higher slippage in your account you may need to raise the slippage number. Or use recommended broker
