I have registered this account approximately 24 hours before. I am unable to verify the ftp. track record. I receive the message attached. Please guide me how it will be cleared.

It tell yous that your login and or password are incorrect.. So recheck them :)

All credentials were correct but received this message again and again.

I had troubles with it once, and it turn out I had miss understood and it was my fault.

If you're adamant it's correct, then use the EA as if it's correct, nothing will fix it.
