Don't forget that they didn't ruin their account, it still has 200% profit. Yeah it had a bad trade that could have been avoided, but its still alive. I am not defending them or their methods, but people act like it's the end of the world. You knew that there was a chance of losing money...

Luckily and I would recommend this to most people, we only let EAs work with profit. Set the limits of the EA so if they blow up (which this potentially can but I still have faith) you don't lose any of your starting equity.

I have had a good experience so far, spoken to them on the phone they were very polite and helpful.Not had any of the issues seen above, but only time will tell. So far so good though.
